'Backafall' along the south of island Ven
A quick decision on a tour aroung island Ven (Ven en is an island on Öresund between Denmark and Sweden). Jakob phoned and in spite a of daunting workload (or perhaps because of it) I let myself willingly be talked into participating.
Plus two degrees (C) in the morning, and I went for gloves, beanie, long trousers and an extra long sleeve shirt to wear under the tuiliq. Göran wasn´t as easlily fooled - shorts and a long sleeve shirt (and no cag) was enough.
A blazing sun over a calm Öresund and at launching in Ålabodarna it was obvious that the beanie and the gloves could be left in the car, and the extra shirt could spend the day under deck..

Two long enjoyable stops in the sun - the first with newly-baked cookies (thanks Heidi!), the second with newly-baked cinnamon buns (thanks Jakob!).
Colors are rarely as vivid as under an october sun
On the way home with the afternoon sun slowly setting, the northerly wind felt cold and reminded us that summer was long gone. The tuiliq was after all not so bad. Especially for a short rolling session before lifting the kayaks up on the cars.
October sun over Ven
More days like this please...
