Today I longboarded the entire hull to 80 grit and brushed epoxi all over. The epoxi is spread extremely thin with a rubber squegee (no more than 1 dl for the entire surface), to fill staple holes, stabilize the surface and to keep the epoxi in the following lamination from being absorbed in the strips.
