"Hi Björn , Little by little from absolute beginner to a beginner :-). I have a footrest bulkhead with foam that changed from 5cm to only 3cm, I think the kayak trim is better and the position of my legs have improved too . Practicing supports, paddling zen ... or OM, my Ashthanga yoga practice helps :-) but I have a while left to be able to keep the cup of coffee in my hands. Thank you for this beautiful boats and all the technical info about kayaks an paddling.
