Hej Björn!

Here is a report on my fall project "Hunter". Built a Najad some years ago, a very nice kayak that I have spent a lot of miles in, but now it was time for a more exciting kayak. The choice stood between Black Pearl and Hunter, and Hunter weon due to more volume – well, sort of ;-)

Building went well and of course, having built ine kayak and tested a lot was did help a lot. Launched february 7 at the PK Definens float on an day temporarily without solid ice. A gentle test drive close to the beach, unused to a kayak that tippy, an of respect for the ice cold water. But with a little pratcice and in warmer water it will probably be a perfect companion for day tours in the archipelago. It tipped the scale at 18 kg with the rubber hatches.

Hittade extra tjockt liggundelag på Jula som dessutom gick att limma med kontaktlim.

Hej, allesammans.

Vilket vackert bygge du har åstadkommit. Tycker om att du använder gran med lite kvistar i. Det blir ju mycket livligare och skönare för ögat att se på. Det perfekta och kvistfria kan mest liknas vid en pissgul yta, inte alls samma skönhet som det blir i ditt däck. Men, det finns förstås olika åsikter om det !
