Cut and attach the inner stems to the strongback and molds. Plane or sand the sides of the stems to the correct angle for the strips. Start with a keel strip along the center of the bottom and glued to cutouts in the stems. Then staple the sheer strips in position, glued to the stems.
Those three strips stabilize the molds and stem configuration for the coming strips. On a hard chine hull it is often recommended to attach a couple of chine strips prior to stripping.
Check the setup carefully so the strips bends nicely around the hull - no kinks, bumps or uneveness - before the major stripping…
